The enthusiastic staff treated us like family. Breakfast variety impressed us—fresh fruits, hot eggs, and even gluten-free options!

However, we had an issue with our room's thermostat. it was quite warm despite setting it lower. It made sleep a challenge.

The cleanliness of the rooms needs serious attention!!! Parking availability can be a hassle during busy periods!!! It’s frustrating to deal with excess chlorine in the pool impacting enjoyment!!!

I enjoyed my stay here a lot, as the updated rooms were very nice and the breakfast was good with hot food that was nicely presented, making it a great start to my days of exploring the nearby parks and cultural spots like Crandall Park and the Butler Institute of American Art just a short drive away.

While the hotel provided a clean environment, I was disappointed with the unexpected $75 dog fee. The seating arrangement in our room was inconvenient for dining. However, we enjoyed the quick access to local dining spots like Fortune Garden for dinner. Bring your own snacks, as options on-site were limited.

Staying here was a good experience! My previous stay in youngstown was good, but this time the friendly staff and spotlessness exceeded my expectations, making for a relaxing holiday. The breakfast spread was excellent, featuring a variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot options.
